Falabella’s outdoor furniture collection for the 2014 – 2015 season was designed while working for the company during that period. The drawings and specifications were drafted and sent to the company’s subsidiary in China, from where they looked for the most appropriate suppliers and manufacturers for these products. Finally the prototypes and larger scale production were manufactured in Indonesia, in teak wood, which due to its composition, hardness and high resin content makes it an ideal option for outdoor furniture. The arrival of the collection was a success, and some models can still be purchased online.
